Most conversations do not end because you said something terrible. They end a few messages earlier, quietly, at a point you did not notice. Here is what that looks like on paper.

why message 6 is the turning point

By message 5 she has answered three questions and asked nothing back. That is not a conversation, it is an intake form. Message 6 is four words with no hook in it, which is what a polite person sends when they have stopped expecting anything. Message 7 asks a fourth question, so she is done.

Notice what was actually offered to her: nothing. She learns nothing about you across seven messages. There is no opinion, no detail, no reason to be curious. She had to carry all of it.

Message 5 is the one worth changing. She said knees and shoulders. React to that instead of moving on.

That gives her something to push against, and it says something about you. The rule under it: react to one thing she said before you ask anything new.

  questions in a row with nothing of yours in between. she answers, gets bored, stops.

• the mirror

  you only reflect her words back. agreeable, safe, and there is nothing to reply to.

• the escalation

  you push to meet, or to flirt, before she has warmed up. she goes cold and does not say why.

what to send to a match who went quiet

One message, days later, that costs her nothing to answer. Go back to the last real thing she said and add your own half. No apology for going quiet, no comment on the silence, no second message if she does not answer. If she does answer, the same rule applies from there on.

And if she never answers: that conversation is over, and it is worth about five minutes of study rather than a week of rereading.
